Joyce, so sorry I was not able to attend your Mom's service. She holds a special place in my heart as Mom's best friend and walking buddy, along with the fact that I was in and out of your house all the time as a kid. I loved to always tell her how much I loved her white cake and icing. She would always say, "its just a box mix" and I would laugh and she would laugh because it was the best damned box mix I ever ate! Love you!

My fondest memory of Erma was in the summer time when her grandchildren would stay with her at the house on 11th Street. Sometimes when I would drop Jared off there I would get to go in the basement and play with her and Randi Kay and Aly. I can still remember her joy at being with all three of them. What a wonderful person she was! I also remember her working at Penneys. Lee and I are so sorry, Joyce, Al, and family for your loss.
