Myrna Lynn (Wyman) Elder

Myrna Lynn (Wyman, Roberts) Elder passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 63. She passed peacefully, at Salina Regional Health Center, with family by her side.

Myrna was born to Donna (Ellis) and Richard Wyman on January 27, 1959, she was 15 minutes older than her twin brother Mike. She was blessed with her son, who she raised as a single mother until she married Jerry Roberts in 1981. They had 2 daughters Miranda and Shelly together.   They later divorced but remained close friends.

Myrna was always a kind loving person. So her career choice as a certified nurse's aide/ home health aide came as no surprise.  Her hobbies included painting, drawing, crafting, and writing poetry. Even had 2 poems published! Her grandchildren were the apple of her eye. She enjoyed spending time doing crafts, reading, and playing with them.  She was always their biggest fan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters- Carol Henry and Shelia Demars.

Myrna is survived by her son Raymond Wyman of Concordia; her 2 daughters Miranda Dudley (Danny) of Concordia; Shelly McEachin of Bennington. Her twin brother Mike Wyman (Kathy) of Delphos; her brother Dale Henry of Norton, 5 grandchildren- Dakota, Alyssa, Domani, Addalyn, and Arianna and many nieces and nephews. 

Her wishes were to be cremated and a celebration of life held in her honor.

Memorial Services will be Friday March 4, 2022 at 10:00am at Nutter Mortuary in Concordia, KS with Pastor Matthew Carder officiating.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the C.N.A. Scholarship Fund.
