Mary MacLean Obituary

Mary Beth MacLean, the daughter of Richard and Marguerite Mackey, was born on December 13, 1953 in Pacoima, California. Mary Beth was at the age of 67 when she went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Salina Regional Health Center. Mary Beth will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Mary Beth woke up every morning choosing to be happy; she was generous, artistic, faithful, gracious, and knowledgeable. She never saw a quilt pattern that she didn’t like. Mary Beth made several quilts for the homeless and masks for many hospitals in need. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life. Mary Beth always loved watching the Chiefs and Royals. Everyone could hear her love for the game from the other side of the house. Mary Beth made the best turkey gravy that everyone called “the gold.” She always put her family first and never missed an opportunity to travel to see loved ones. Loved by all and will forever remain in the hearts of lives she touched.

Mary Beth was preceded in death by her parents and Sister Betsy Mackey. Mary Beth is survived by her husband Don MacLean of Salina, son Brian MacLean of Salina, son Jeff MacLean and his wife Heather of League City, Texas.
