Carolyn “Sue” Lynn, of Concordia, Kansas passed away peacefully, Sunday, December 8, at the age of 79. Sue was born May 22, 1940 to Clifford and Juanita “Babe” Fisher.
Survivors include three children: Tammy Hay, Brian Lynn, and James Lynn, Jr., all of Concordia; Grandchildren: Jamie, Jessica (Phillip), Brandon, Jennie, Michael, and Cody, two Great Grandchildren, Lilli and Trevor; brothers: Tom Fisher (Sondra) of Concordia, and David Fisher of Jamestown, and numerous nieces and nephews, and honorary grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lynn, Sr., her parents, brother Jack Fisher, sister Patty Christenson, and sister Loretta Fisher.
Sue loved her family, playing cards, scratching lottery tickets. She was an avid Cubs fan and hardly ever missed watching the Jayhawks play. While she had many professions, she finished out her working career at Sunset Home, working for 17 years as a beloved housekeeper.
No official services will be held, her family will host a Celebration of Life for friends and family at a later date.
