Shirley J. (Fowler) Bauer, age 83, of Concordia, KS., died Sunday, May 11, 2014 at her home. She was born April 28, 1931 in Topeka, KS., to Morrill & Grace (Carlson) Fowler.
Shirley married John Bauer in Des Moines, IA in 1950.
She was employed by Cloud County Health Department - Concordia, KS., as a Healthy Start Home Visitor.
Shirley was a member of the Episcopal Church of The Epiphany - Concordia, KS. and a EHU member.
She is survived by: Husband - John Bauer -of the home

Steven F. Bauer (Juanita) - Concordia, KS

7 Grandchildren: John Michael Bauer, David Samuel Bauer, Steven Jeffrey Bauer, David Bradley Bauer, Zachary Bauer, Lauren Bolden and Jessica
Martin.

Funeral Services will be Friday, May 16, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Nutter Mortuary Chapel with Pastor David Strommen officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Memorials may be given to O'Connor Animal Shelter.
Nutter Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
