Robert “Bob” Smith, age 92, of Clyde, KS., died Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Park Villa Nursing Home. He was born December 3, 1924 to George and Cora (Wolfe) Smith at Clearmont, MO. He married Maudie Kendall on January 27, 1947. She preceded in death on January 23, 2016.
Survivors: one daughter – Beverly (John) Rhudolph – Clyde, KS
Numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren
5 great great grandchildren
Preceded in death by: wife, Maudie
2 sons: James Lee Smith & Stephen Michael Smith.
Visitation will be Friday, April 7, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Nutter Mortuary Chapel – with family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Nutter Mortuary Chapel, with Pastor Chuck Kiefer officiating. Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery – Clyde, KS with Military Honors by Clyde VFW Post #7515.
