Frances L. Foster

Frances L. Foster, age 64, of Concordia, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia, Kansas after a brief illness.
She was born October 8, 1950 at Gilroy, California, the daughter of Vern & Bernice Lydick.
She was a retired dental assistant.
Frances is survived by one Son: Kevin Rosch & his significant other, Candy Tholstrup.
Also surviving are special friends, Butch Rosch & Luann Dudley as well as 9 Grandchildren & 3 Great Grandchildren.
A Memorial Gathering will be Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Nutter Mortuary.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to Frances Foster Memorial Fund to be designated at a later date.
