Fern McMullen, 89, Longford, Kan., died April 8, 2016. Born July 5, 1926, in Aurora, Kan. to Joseph & Addie (Adam) Trahan. Lived in Calistoga, Calif. for many years. Came to Longford in 2015. Fern was a bookkeeper/co-owner of filling stations with her husband. Survivors include sisters, Loretta Begnoche and Zella Gagnon; nieces & nephews. Preceded by husband, William (Bill); brothers, Francis & Everette Trahan; sister, Theresa Sorell.
Mass of Christian Burial is Monday, April 18 at 10 a.m. at OLPH Catholic Church, Concordia. Inurnment, St. Concordia Cemetery. Nutter Mortuary in charge
