Carl D. Finkbiner, age 77, of Clifton, KS., died Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Medicalodge, Clay Center, Kansas. He was born January 7, 1937 to Elmer and Margaret (Long) Finkbiner in rural Clifton, KS. Carl married Esther Miller August 3, 1973 in Topeka, Kansas. He was a construction worker.
