Dearest Family, I remember going to Goldie and Winnie's house as a little boy with Grandmother Dorothy and having the most delightful visits with Pauline and Keith. I always enjoyed seeing Pauline and Keith at the family reunions. Last year when my Grandmother Zella passed away, Pauline, Bruce and I had the most wonderful visit. I was shocked when my Mother told me of her passing. I always had a special place in my heart for her. I know she is with God and the Angels now and Heaven is a better place with her presence. I will miss her dearly. With abiding respect and affection, Jeffrey Dyson

I and John are not able to attend the services today, but wanted to let you know that you and family are in our prayers and thoughts during this most difficult of times. I was so sad to here of Pauline's passing. I wanted to share a fond memory that we smile about when her name comes up in conversation. I remember after school I would go visit one of my teachers while waiting for someone to pick me up. When my ride was there Pauline would just shout down the hall and you could hear her high heels clicking down the hall to get me. Oh, and she always had a pencil in her hair. She was like a den mother to all us students from 1st Grade on up to the Seniors. She was the first person you saw when walking in the door, and the last person when walking out the door. We will greatly miss seeing her at the Jamestown reunions. I will always think of her especially, when I wear the necklace she gave me as a graduation gift. I am imagining Pauline keeping God and all the angels in order. She is probably the lead angel.

Thank you so much for notifying us of Pauline's passing. I have thought of her (and thus all of you) so much the past 2 days. Pauline's zest for life was infectious and I will always treasure the way she mentored me in my early years of teaching. She was an amazing woman and it's interesting the things that have come to mind as I took the trips down memory lane the past couple days. She loved to drive and drive fast. She once told me she would have loved to be a race car driver. She was just a bit before her time in that desire so Danica Patrick is doing it for her! May God ease your pain and comfort you with the knowledge of hers was a life well lived. Love to all of you! Karen, Bob, and family

We share your sadness. Our deepest sympathy to all of the family. Pauline was a longtime friend. She exhibited the qualities of honesty, dignity, love, justice, truth and integrity. We were employed for 25 years at CCCC. She was a model employee. Always early and the job wasn't done until it was done correctly. She devoted herself to excellence in all work assignments and she could keep private anything you wanted to tell her. My how we could laugh, shed tears, get angry and thru it all we were good friends. She will be missed but she would expect us to keep on and hustle along the way!

I met Pauline 43 years ago at Jamestown High School where I began my teaching career. She was always helpful and friendly during the two years I taught there. We continued our friendship by sharing information about our families every Christmas since that time. She will be missed. My condolences to the family.
