Rex Steven Hanson

Rex Steven Hanson, age 74, Jamestown, KS resident, passed away February 7, 2024 at the North Central Kansas Medical Center, Concordia, KS. He was born on July 17, 1949 to Rex G. Hanson and Patricia M. Henry.

He went by Steve. He did many years helping with custom combining, roofing, and welding. He loved to fish and had many fishing buddies.

Steve is survived by his children; Heather Parsons of Salina, KS, and Hollie Cordes of Kenesaw, NE. He is also survived by three siblings; Marty (Cindy) Hanson of Elgin, TX, Patty Workman of Concordia, KS, and Ruth (Rick) Wegner of Mulberry, KS, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside Services will be Tuesday February 13, 2024 at 11:00am at the Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown, KS with Pastor Randy Whitley Officiating.
