To: the family and dear friends of - and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Frances Meeker,
What a blessing Frances was ALWAYS; just being in her presence. I've never known anyone to be THAT joyful and be so uplifting and inspirational; even through any rugged moments. Frances's amazing spirit and joy will absolutely continue living on; in our memories of her. She had the ability to share her great personality, and brighten any room.
