Carl Almon

Carl Almon, age 69, of Aurora, KS, died Thursday, September 28, 2017 at his home. He was born April 6, 1948, to H.C. Almon Jr. and Vivian Houghton (Almon) in Newnan, GA.

He was a truck driver for many years before retiring in 2013.

Carl is survived by :          Wife- Janet Novlan-Almon

                                                                                Robin Dutton (Doug), Lindsborg

                                                                                Tina Wiley (John), Raymore, MO

                                                Sister- Nancy Almon Denning, Salina

                                                Brother- Chuck Almon, Aurora

                                                                  7 Step Grandchildren

                                                                  6 Step Great Grandchildren

                                                Nephew- Jerry Peters and wife LeeAnn, Salina

                                                Niece- Gail Burk and husband Ted, Weatherford, TX

Preceded in death by his Parents and Grandparents.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peters Catholic Church in Aurora, KS.

Burial will follow at St. Peters Catholic Cemetery, Rural Aurora.

A Memorial fund has been established in memory of Carl Almon to be designated by the family at a later date.
